Move over Drunken Chicken, the new chick in town is "Sleepy Chicken"*.

Cooky Cat once again brings it to ya. Easy peasy too.

You may know of the Drunken Chicken. A famous dish in the Chinese Quisine in which a simply steam cooked Chicken is then marinated for a couple of days in wine.

But, now ... Sleepy Chicken! For when you need to give the flip of the bird to what ails you.

DO THIS: 

Poach — don't boil! — Chicken whole, or in part(s). Toss in what you like, spice and veg-wise. Here's the kicker: pour a half bottle of Nyquil — to your taste insofar as to 1. how much and 2. which variety (to match your mood).

Nota bene: Doctors advise against such. Cooky Cat doesn't advise against, just doesn't advocate for. Somethings should be left on the level of imagination.
